The Pumpkin Who Couldn't Smile

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! No need for TRICKS...here is a special TREAT from us to you! By now you have most likely already fit in at least one viewing of the classic, "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown", but perhaps there is one little gem you have overlooked. First aired in 1979, Chuck Jones wrote and directed "Raggedy Ann & Andy: The Pumpkin Who Couldn't Smile", a sweet tale about a glum little boy and pumpkin who are brought together by the lovable little rag dolls. The special continued to air every year around Halloween throughout the 80s, which is when I was first exposed to it and it quickly became a favorite to watch at this time of year. It's a shame it has yet to be released on DVD, but thankfully it is available on YouTube for your viewing pleasure. You can watch all 3 parts below.
