Tonight I stopped into the local Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and was awed by their adorable selection of Halloween doughnuts. There was quite a nice variety, including a pumpkin shaped donut, a cream filled donut with chocolate frosting and a web on top and another with the traditional sprinkles.
But the one that stood out most of all was their new featured donut, Pumpkin Spice Cake! It was simply delicious, and the perfect little Fall treat. If you have a Krispy Kreme nearby, and enjoy pumpkin flavor, be sure to check it out! Or at least stop in for one of the other great varieties. Aw, we don't have a Krispy Kreme -- here in NH it's Dunkin' Donuts country! (I wonder what they have . . .)
