OK, so I know there are those out there who are either preparing a turkey for the first time, or just want to try something new. Here is a great 2 part video on prepping and roasting a turkey from FoodWishes.com. Truth is, sometimes it's easier to watch someone else do it first. I'll definitely try out that rosemary butter rub!
If all else fails, you can always turn to the Swedish chef (and his Uncle Danny Kaye) for tips....
...works every time. :)
