All-New Christmas Specials

We all have our favorite Christmas movies that we must see each year, but in case you are looking for something a little new, here is a list of Christmas specials airing on TV that are all-new for 2009!

For The Kids:

DISNEY'S PREP & LANDING

A veteran elf (voice of Dave Foley) is passed over for a promotion and instead gets paired with an eager rookie. The new partners encounter a violent snowstorm during their Christmas Eve mission, making their job more challenging than they anticipated. Voice of Magee: Sarah Chalke.

THE NATIONAL TREE
A teenage video blogger (Evan Williams) and his dad (Andrew McCarthy) travel across the country to Washington, D.C., after their tree is selected as the national Christmas tree. The trip gives the pair time to bond as they transport the spruce, which has emotional significance for them both. Kari Matchett also stars. Directed by Graeme Campbell. Based on the novel by David Kranes.

Appearing: newsman Brian Williams; and actors Taylor Schilling and James Tupper, both of "Mercy."
